Five SENNEBOGEN Green Line Machines
Five SENNEBOGEN machines work reliably, robustly and efficiently at Daniel G. Riestra in Spain.

Since its foundation in 1940 the company Daniel G. Riestra has developed to become a leading recycler in Spain.

State-of-the-art machines and systems and optimised processes in various areas of material processing provide ideal working conditions for Daniel G. Riestra's almost 70 employees. In total Riestra processes 14,000 t material per month. The company's fields of activity are material diminishment by means of shredders and scrap metal shears and material separation. With a volume of app. 8,000 t the company's main focus is the production of shredded scrap steel. This material is supplied to surrounding steel works with electric furnaces.

For this job Daniel G. Riestra relies on an impressive 2,000 PS shredder and 1,000 t scrap metal shears as well as on material handling machines by SENNEBOGEN. On the yard there are five Green Line machines in use. Two 825, one 830 and one 840, each of them with a mobile undercarriage, are reliably responsible for material handling and feeding the systems. A stationary 835 with an electric motor is only in charge of providing the shredder with material, e.g. with junk cars. It was only recently that the 840 Mobil was added to Daniel G.Riestra's SENNEBOGEN family. The management is just as happy with the robust and efficient machines as the operators. It is particularly in such operations that the SENNEBOGEN philosophy pays: develop pure material handling machines for extreme recycling demands. Because of the high machine loads the outstanding support by Spanish SENNEBOGEN sales partner MYCSA Mulder y Co. is an important argument for Daniel G. Riestra.
