M & M MACHINERY EXPANDING HORIZONS
AS SENNEBOGEN DISTRIBUTOR

BUFFALO, NY – One of the leading scrap metal and vehicle recycling businesses in the northeastern states has expanded its horizons by establishing the exclusive distributorship for SENNEBOGEN purpose-built material handling machines in western New York and central Pennsylvania.

Constantino Lannes, President of SENNEBOGEN North America, recently announced that M & M Machinery LLC has been appointed as the newest addition to the company's growing distributor network for SENNEBOGEN green line machines. M & M Machinery was established by Marc Olgin, President of Liberty Iron & Metal Company of Erie, PA, after he put three of the SENNEBOGEN green line machines into service for Liberty's recycling operations. Marc Olgin brings three generations of recycling experience to his equipment sales and service business at M & M. Liberty Iron & Metal Company was founded in 1932 and is now a full-service yard handling ferrous, non-ferrous, nickel alloys and stainless steel scrap. Liberty also boasts one of the region's largest vehicle shredding facilities.

According to Constantino Lannes, “When we were initially approached, we wondered about Marc Olgin’s request. However, after discussion with him, we realized the excellence of his overall business plan. Furthermore, Marc has the ability to appreciate what customers are looking for from both a sales and service standpoint and understands their needs. Marc’s expectations for quality are no less than ours.”

According to Marc Olgin, "We were actively looking for new opportunities for our business to develop. We work closely with a number of recyclers in upstate New York and, as we recognized what a great machine the SENNEBOGENs were turning out to be, we saw the chance to represent an excellent product in a market that we understand very well."

"We're able to keep moving ahead," says Olgin, "because we have great people on the job for every operation. With our understanding of what a yard needs to be successful and with the quality of people on our staff, we look forward to giving SENNEBOGEN customers the highest level of service and support."

SENNEBOGEN has been a leading name in the global material handling industry for more than 50 years. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, SENNEBOGEN North America offers a complete line of purpose-built machines to suit virtually any heavy lift or "pick & carry" application. A growing network of distributors supports SENNEBOGEN sales and service across North America, ensuring the highest standard of professional machine support and parts availability.
