SENNEBOGEN green line IS "A SIMPLE CHOICE"
FOR POWER MOTIVE
PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DENVER, CO
- Power Motive Corporation (PMC) has been appointed to represent SENNEBOGEN material handling equipment throughout the state of Colorado, says SENNEBOGEN America President, Constantino Lannes.

In making the announcement, Lannes acknowledged the outstanding service reputation that Power Motive has established over its 47 years in the equipment business. "You only get success in the equipment business when you have a strong connection based on quality equipment backed by a great distributor service team," he said. "PMC has a long-standing record of success representing many of the industry's top equipment brands and they earn #1 rankings for customer satisfaction in the region. We're very proud to have this organization standing behind our equipment in the field."

Jay Baugher, the President of Power Motive Corp., acknowledges strong relationships and mutual support as the base for his company's new association with SENNEBOGEN. "I've known Tom Skodack, the area manager for SENNEBOGEN for many years. When he told me 'you've just got to have a look these machines,' I took his word and followed up. After talking to some other dealers I know who handle the SENNEBOGEN line, I recognized that Constantino Lannes and SENNEBOGEN had made a commitment to parts support, and had backed it up. This was crucial to me."

"We came to an agreement in time for me to attend the annual dealer's meeting this spring. I met Erich Sennebogen there along with Constantino and some of the other SENNEBOGEN people, plus many of the dealers from across the US. They're a great crowd!"

PMC originated as a Clark equipment dealer in Denver 47 years ago. In 1978, the company took on the Komatsu equipment line, including Komatsu Mining Systems and Komatsu Utility equipment. In addition to SENNEBOGEN green line material handlers, PMC also represents the Astec brands, KPI/JCI crushing, aggregate equipment, and Astec screening, as well as Trail King Trailers and NPK attachments.

"We're basically dirt guys here," says Baugher. "We service a lot of pipeline construction and mining customers in our territory. We're also well established with the scrap metal and recycling yards here, where SENNEBOGEN equipment has really made a name for itself."

The PMC service network is based in its Denver head office and its four branches in Denver, Grand Junction, Colorado Springs and the recently updated Milliken location. Another branch in Commerce City specializes in equipment rentals and remarketing. The PMC service fleet includes 38 trucks supported by 65 technicians. "An independent survey monitored our service response times," Baugher reports. "We can tell customers with all confidence that our average time for field staff to arrive on site is less than 24 hours from the time of the call. And we're on call around the clock."

PMC customers are invited to attend PMC's upcoming launch of its new line, featuring a demo of the SENNEBOGEN 835 M machine. Jay Baugher says, "We'll be announcing a "smoker" event here in Denver soon. Customers will be welcomed in to a bit of an open house and a barbecue, with a chance to watch SENNEBOGEN in action. They'll see SENNEBOGEN's philosophy of keeping equipment simple. I find a lot of customers really aren't able to take advantage of all the electronics that go into most heavy equipment today. SENNEBOGEN's design keeps the electronics low; they focus more on making the machines reliable. It's the "simple" choice in more ways than one!"

SENNEBOGEN has been a leading name in the global material handling industry for more than 50 years. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, SENNEBOGEN America offers a complete range of purpose-built machines to suit virtually any heavy lift or "pick & carry" application. A growing network of distributors supports SENNEBOGEN sales and service across the Americas, ensuring the highest standard of professional machine support and parts availability.
